As a service to customers, it is the ABC Board's policy to special order any class, variety, or brand of liquor or wine not listed. In order to price the requested product for the customer, a Customer's Request for Special Liquor Price (Form S-8b) is to be completed and signed by the customer to provide information on the brand. Once the price has been determined, the Purchasing Section will notify the customer and a Special Liquor Order (Form S-8) is to be completed if the customer wishes to order the product. In addition, this series also consists of merchandise invoices, prepared by the Purchasing Section, to record the shipment of special order merchandise from the ABC Warehouse to the store.
